Our Story

Commercial Mobile Cleaning, CMC, was founded in 1965 by Raymond J. Lindemann and quickly established a solid reputation for quality service. In 1982, Ray Lindemann retired and was succeeded by his son, Jeff Lindemann, who manages the operation to this day. The company provides “on-site” cleaning services with its mobile units for many different industries, but has found its strength in providing these services for the transportation industry. CMC has been servicing some of the same companies for over 30 years. Over the years, CMC has been a leader in the mobile wash industry, being the first local company to provide wash water recovery and disposal for its customers who have these requirements. 

In the late 1980s, CMC opened a stationary truck wash and detail shop at 720 S. Theresa Ave. in St. Louis, Missouri. Along with truck washing services, the detail shop provides interior and exterior detailing services to the trucking industry and cosmetic truck reconditioning for many local truck dealers. 

In 2008, CMC began offering pressure washer sales and service and is now the local distributor for “Hydro Tek” and “Landa” pressure washers and water recycling equipment. Along with pressure equipment, CMC also offers a full line of cleaning chemicals for the pressure wash industry. We carry KO, Autoshine, and Landa chemicals.

Over the years, we have added to our lines and now we sell and service BE Power Equipment, Karcher, CUDA, Watermaze, and others.
